Mr. Avery More has served as a member of SolarEdge board of directors since 2006. Mr. More was the sole seed investor in SolarEdge through his fund group, ORR Partners, and participated in all successive rounds until the Company’s public offering in March 2024. Mr. More has served as a member of SolarEdge’s audit committee and has chaired both the Company’s compensation committee and technology committee. Mr. More has been engaged in venture capital investments since 1994 through various funds: ORR Partners, More Family Investments, Savin Rosen Funds, Menlo Venture and Innoventions Capital. Some of the past investments are: AeroScout, Cappitech, Check, Datorama, Deci.Ai, Dome9, Earnix, and Vidyo. Current investments include: Appdome, Integra Oncology, Mend, SenseIP and 30+ other smaller deep-tech / early-stage companies. As an entrepreneur and executive, Mr. More was active in the early stages of the PC industry by opening the first computer store in 1977 in Houston and then as the President of ComputerCraft that went public in 1982. Subsequently Mr. More was the president and chief executive officer of CompuCom Systems Inc. from 1989 to 1993 and grew it from $60M to over $1B in revenue.
